We are doing the FINAL litters for our older ladies. All our girls have each had 0-2 litters and are all 4-6 years old. This means 2026-2027 is the final time to get puppies from our girls. We are keeping puppies for ourselves from the litters. You’ll see we are doing very diverse pairings and many older studs (plus deceased studs in the freezer) are being used. Our priority is to keep puppies who are not from popular studs nor popular lines. We have some great options planned, but sometimes it does not pan out for shipping semen or using frozen. Once we have a pregnancy confirmed we will announce it. Options coming up are:

Puppies Volhard Temperament tested with video at 7 weeks old. Choice of puppies are offered in deposit order a couple of days after the Volhard videos are posted. You may choose your puppy in person or on Facetime at your pre-determend appointment time on Puppy Picking Day.
Our dogs are fed a raw meat diet. These puppies come from multiple generations of raw feeding, minimal vaccines and holistic living.

About our Golden Retriever Puppies
Red-Dawn is an AKC Breeder Of Merit Kennel, since 2003. Coming up! We have a spring litter in the works. We again bred Snowflake and Brady for a 2020 Spring litter. Their 2019 litter was a big hit and the litter turned out fantastic. Many puppies are in training to be a Service Dogs. The puppies parents, Brady & Snowflake are AKC registered European line Golden Retrievers. Both parents are conformation champions. Brady also won BEST IN SHOW and Snowflake won RESERVE BEST IN SHOW. We take great pride that all our dogs are OFA certified for Hips, Elbows, Patella, Heart and Eyes. All Red-Dawn parent dogs are fully DNA tested as well.

We are near Dallas TX, located about one hour north of town. Red-Dawn is a private home on 15 acres near Denton, Texas. It is a about a 4 hour drive from Austin, Texas. And a 5 hour drive from Houston, Texas.
How to Reserve a Golden Retriever Puppy
Our Golden Retriever puppies are for sale for $4500 and sold on AKC limited registration. In addition we do not require you to neuter your dog due to the health risks with altering a Golden before sexual maturity.
Our Golden Retriever puppies are raised in the house. We dog door train, begin crate training plus our puppies use a litter box to potty. As a result, our puppies are incredibly easy for you to potty train.
We feed our dogs and puppies a raw fresh food diet. Red-Dawn Golden Retrievers has bred, trained and shown since 1986 near Dallas Texas. As a matter of fact, we have produced many dogs over the years who are service dogs, show dogs, therapy dogs and fantastic pets.
